As a registered patent agent and former examiner I can
provide you the expertise and experience in patent
application preparation and patent prosecution. I can
provide you the expertise and experience for responses to
patent examiner office actions, patentability opinions
(along with searches), patent appeals, rexamination and
reissue actions. I can provide you the expertise and
experience for personal or telephone interviews with the
examiner in preparation of office actions or furthering
prosecution and much more.
Since I am physically close to the USPTO, I maintain
relationships with some examiners, I am a former examiner
and I am a registered agent , I can offer in-person
interviews with the examiner of your case that produces
results and successfully advance prosecution of your
application.
I also have examiner experience in post-issuance matters
such as reissue and reexamination applications and
proceedings and appeal to Board of Appeals.
